H.Petersen

H.Petersen, the exclusive Caterpillar representative dealer in Paraguay, has been active in the country's economic development, contributing directly to technical assistance and supply of equipment to leading industry sectors, such as agriculture, livestock, forestry, construction, public works, large engineering projects, and power generation industries.

H. Petersen acquired the Uruguay Caterpillar dealership from Finning which required Petersen to migrate all customer, equipment, parts and service story from Finning’s DBS IT infrastructure within six months. It is made for a formidable task for them.

In 2015, H. Petersen decided to start a partnership with XAPT and implemented NAXT in all four of their dealerships in Paraguay. By the proven success achieved, H. Petersen held the confidence that XAPT would deliver another successful implementation project for their newly acquired company in Uruguay. All three locations of H. Petersen Uruguay went live on NAXT within five months by utilizing XAPT's proprietary implementation methodology "SEAL."
